I have no problem at work....bought a new computer at home and can't log on to the BB, have talked on the phone to Barb ( a pleasant experience after so many years here!!). Have cleared cookies enabled this that and the other. have downloaded IE6 and no difference. Have also at the same time logged on with same user name and password to 2 other sites in England, one of them also using an Ultimate BB???? So here's me thinking if it works for them why not at letterhead.com
Barb hasn't given up.....just thought I would see if anybody else had suffered the same and had a cure.
Don't feel bad, the same thing happened here. Difference was that I had to log in on Road Runner as well as Letterville. It seems that the "cookie" jar gremlin paid us a visit in the night.

I think I have had the same problem you are talking about.
With IE6, there is a little "eyeball" with a "minus" sign by it down on the lower right portion of the screen. Double click it and a menu should pop up. Then click "settings", another menu pops up. Click "edit",another menu.
On this one type "www.letterhead.com" in the top half, and click "allow". then click "ok" at the bottom and you should be done.
This worked for me, I hope it works for you. Please let me know if it did.

Thanks Coop I will try that tonight when I get home. I have had lots of mail from Steve and Barb but as yet nothing changes it. I downloaded Netscape 6.1 to the new computer at home and looged in without problems....so it is something in IE 5.5 and IE 6.....I will let you know how it goes.
