I found a recipe online tonite....modified it and followed it
...loosely...
First....in a salad bowl...
5-6 sliced fresh mushrooms..
some fine sliced onions to taste...I would love Vidalias here...lots of
em.
a couple nice big handsfulla mixed greens.
fresh sprouts....bout a loose cupful
a nice big plump tomato..diced.

meanwhile.....dressing..
3 cloves garlic..thru a press..and then an equal amount of onion...also
pressed..
1/4 cup dijon mustard
a splash...yellow mustard
couple big pinches of fresh grated parmesean..
whisk in olive oil till drizzle consistency exists.

next...I sliced off 3 thin pieces from a fresh loaf of italian bread.
spread some dressing on one side of bread...
broil till golden...
then flip and baste back side with butter...
broil back side...

while the toast toasts......
chop 3 -4 slices fresh liver
and 1/3 of an onion
cook above till crispy....in olive oil
pat dry.....

remove toasts...cut em up into croutons....

toss everything together....

salt n pepper to taste...
fresh ground pepper ..of course...

I served it with a cajun dirty rice..
in a pot....
chopped gizzards
some leftover turkey burger
some chopped celery
some chopped onion
a few chopped oyster mushrooms
2 jalepenos chopped
a clove of chopped garlic
a splash a ketchup
some basil
some hot homade pepper relish
fresh ground pepper
one small potato chopped fine...for a thickener
cook above till well done
mix with boiled cooked brown rice...

and fresh spinach......
a glass a dry red wine

Whats that smell in the house?
Could it be...of course....garlic
