meant to ask if anyone knows where I can get a manual for coreldraw 8, or any other book someone can reccomend regarding corel draw.... thanks mateys

Check out the large bookstores. I use CorelDraw!7 and found several books at Barnes & Noble. Also, I found all 3 manuals on Ebay for $5. for the set.

The Bible Series books from IDG Publishers are some of the absolute best books I have ever used.. I have maybe 150 different books from this series on many different programs although I never did get the one for CorelDRAW, probably because Corel is alot like Illustrator and Im a long time Illustrator user.
The Bible Series books get right to the point, unlike the bush-beating those "Dummies" books do.
Barnes and Noble doesnt stock the book for that particular version of the program but borders might, or some other bookstore or it might even be on ebay.
