This seems to be happening and I'm wondering why. The image gets these unprinted areas on this area of the film... about 4" in from the side. Does anyone recognize this problem? Thanks for your help.

Jeff, The same thing happened to me the first time I used the PC60 on big prints. I sent a picture to Roland, they said it was a speck of dust under the vinyl.That cleared it up. John

If the unprinted area is always in the same spot, the problem is the strip under the substrate. It has to be free moving side to side. The same thing happened to me when I had the PC-60. The cleaner felt had somehow gotten down into the recess and prevented the movement of the strip. Give it a shot

Yes, it seems to occur in the same spot. If you look at the picture, the emblem on the right shows the problem. The one on the top right is exactly the same. The emblems on the left... in line with the previous on the right do not have the problem. I'll give things a good cleaning, call roland and give it a try. Thank you all for your help!
