I have a client who wants a one sided 4 x 8. It only needs to last till July when it will come down. Looking for an inexpensive material to last outside for about 5 or 6 months. Can I find something at the lumber yard? Maybe shower board? It needs to be a slick white finish to apply lettering and it's going to be attached to a 3/4" plywood stand so it doesn't need to be a very heavy material.
Thanks, Tony

Heres what I did for some political signs. Just use MDO- cut the price a little, with the understanding that you get the board back when their done.

Tile board or shower board is great for temp. outside or perm. inside. Also, good for when you need to something to use while you change out a illuminated sign. $15 or so for a 4x8 and it's already white. For more durability, prime out the back side.
