Steve, a trick I learned from Glenn Taylor is, click on that red x, go to properties, then cut and paste that URL onto the address line.

When I do that, I see that Yahoo isn't letting me in. That's why you see the red x.

This is what I was trying to explain in a million words in the earlier post. I had the same problem with webshot.

If you will put your pic on your own host, and then put the link here, it will work. Vic G

Tha's correct, yahoo and other webhosts call it bandwidth theft; their content showing up on a web domain not theirs (yahoo.com). I guess they got tired of people storing picts on their server that showed up in message boards.

The only solution is to host them at your own webhost, since all of my free sites have gone the way of bandwidth friendliness.

I have had lots of problems posting pictures that are on Yahoo, I tried it the other day and it done the same thing with the red cross, when I copied the file to one of the sites recommended in the tips & tricks section (www.freeservers.com) it worked fine.

Site Gem. This is how I do it. I load site gem, then reduce it, click on explorer again and come here. Now you have 2 windows open. After loading pics into Site Gem, I VIEW the pic, RIGHT click, HIGHLIGHT the address, RIGHT click again, COPY, reduce site gem, restore this page and write my comment. At the bottom of the message block are "instant UBB codes" Click on the "image" button, paste. Thats it!

If I can figger it out..............
