all that is great music.. i like most anything, mostly country.i was raised on country and blue grass, but my youngest is a rapster.. rap makes my heart beat outta whack. he has speakers that boom !! i can only tolerate short rides with him. i like pink floydd.i used to have a tracker geo, convertible. the kids would wait till we pulled to a red ight and turn on the "wall"; full blast (where the chopper is landing and voices are calling), and they would look to see if people would look up in the sky...crazy kids. i also listen to the beatles, force of habit. 1964 era. gotta have music to get things moving.

Joe Satriani is definitely different, I was suggesting it jokingly cuz there was a lotta laid backstuff goin on and thought you might wanna speed the work up so you could fit some time in at the business end of a fishin pole later this weekend, hehehe. Kinda like Santana with a coffee buzz on...LOL.
I am a Sade fan as well!
Wayna, As The Deer and In His Time are two of my favorites. We got to do those in Choir practice and that just made my day!!!!!!! (2nd soprano)
Any Frank Sinatra fans out there? Baroque lovers? Big Band hoppers?
Some you haven't listed above that I like are Molly Hatchet, Mother's Finest and BTO.
