Krylon is a thing of the past! Since their formulars have changed, it is no longer acceptable to use on vinyl unless of course you like problems. Theres another post here on the BB that speaks of Frog Juice and thats exactly what you need.

Rich, I used to use a lot of Krylon when Borden made it, but since Sherwin/Williams bought it, they changed the formula and I ran into problems with it flaking off. But about 2 weeks ago, I tried again, only this time I let the painted vinyl sit for a week before I cleared it with FrogJuice. It seems like it has bonded really well. I haven't used it on a job, only on a panel that is now sitting outside in the snow. I'll check it in a couple of months. 'Til then, it's Createx Auto Air through my Iwata airbrush.
