New system, new OS (XP), new drivers (Roland site) It cuts, but it does it twice, once real slow, then reverses and runs normally. I'm cutting directly from Corel 9 as I have for a couple of years now. Any ideas, or do you know someone who has made this switch? Thanks.

I'd love to take credit for thinking of this, but I just happened to send something without a fill and it worked perfectly. So, apparently it was trying to cut the fill, then the outline, when all you want is the outline. That having been said, I always used to cut with a fill and never had this problem, so I figure there must be a setting in there somewhere that will totally disable the fill (I'm looking at it now, and 'Polygon Fill' is set to off already) . If any of you come up with something, please let me know.

Also, while I have your ear, do you have any idea why the software sets the max width at 23.03", when it will cut 24"? Believe it or not, that extra inch is mighty useful (or at least that's what SHE said).

it wont cut 24"....unless you get some wider vinyl. where the pinch rollers are set at determines the width....you will lose a 1/2 of each end that it wont cut.
