I was paging through some old editions of SIGNCRAFT and came across an article by Shane Durnford Signcrafter in the july/August edition of 1999.
Well this work has inspired me to start this form of art and I have joined class given by a 30 year veteran whose name is "Meisie Coetzee". Now you are probably wondering what the heck this name means. Well Meisie in afrikaans means girl and yes this is a lady who has won numerous awards and is a member of the woodcarvers gild. I know this is useless info from where you are sitting.
But back to Shane Durnford, can anyone tell me if not Shane himself if he has a website and or where I can access pictures of hand carved projects on the web.

Thank you Mr. Rick Sacks for that. Do you know if all his work is still done by hand or does he now use computer routers as his article of jul/aug '99 mentions that he does only hand work.?
