Hears a great idea that I heard about and began implimenting in my business a few years ago.

The easiest sale that you will ever make is to clients that you have already serviced in the past.

With that being said, go through your client list 2 to 3 years back. Find out who hasn't purchased from you within the last 1 or 1 1/2 and send them a I Miss You letter or flyer. Basically this is a flyer or letter (with inserts) that reminds them of how great your services was. It was prompt, friendly, helpful, your work guaranteed, ect.....

I also have a coupon printed on the bottom of the flyer or a gift certificate stapled to the top of a letter. The coupon or certificate is for a particular doller amount off and always has an expiration date. If they respond within 45 days they also recieve a free valuable bonus gift. (something with a high perceived doller value.)

I mail these flyers 3 different times in 15 day intervals.

I always make money when I do this!!
