Has anyone found the ultimate product to seal the edges of Omega Board, excluding the plastic trim edge that they suggest which cracks and falls off?

I quite using Omega board for 2 reasons. The first is the same problem you are having - the plastic trim edge ends up getting brittle and falling off.

The second problem--the Omega board yellows after about 18 months. We had to make a second sign for a customer who brought in the first one for a template for us to use, and the difference in the two Omega panels was very noticeable.

Maybe switching to Diebond or Alumalite is the answer. I also like using Lusterboard, but then I just seal and paint the edges. I'm fed up with edge capping.
