Bruce, sounds like you were saved at just the right time. Pretty good deal for $50. Just curious, did we have resident photos back then? Was Dana forewarned? All things are possible in letterville Great story.

She was forewarned! LOL! You wouldn't believe how great the house looks, either. it is no longer a storage barn for all my stuff. I can actually see the hardwood floors now. I also have to pick my socks up now.
It is a great story. letterville rocks, don't it?
