Somewhere along the line (a year or so ago) I discovered I had a font labeled "TT Norway" that I have used extensively since. Back in the olden (brush lettering) days we called this text Bulletin Letters. Basically a heavy Roman letter that scaled beautifully by hand, and remarkably by computer too. Last week I upgraded my computer and discovered to my dismay that this True Type font had disappeared. It did not come with my sign software. Perhaps I got it from my old HP printer or scanner (both of which are gone). I don't know where it came from.
Can anyone out there help me? Christmas is just around the corner...

My guess is, the Norway font is actually something else that has been renamed and re-sold to you as an original font. That was fairly common in the early 90's.
If you have an illustration that the Letterheads can look at, this crowd can identify any font that is even remotely standard.
Merry Christmas! Vic G
