Why is it that the good things disappear? Here in Vancouver, B.C. we used to get DEKA SIGN ENAMEL, a waterbased paint. Was good for mdo,vehicles,sintra,metal,most plastics, and Vinyl Banners. Waterbased,no stinky,good coverage. Made by Decart Inc.,Morrisville, Vermont.Seems they've either been bought out or gone out of bus. Is there an equivalent out there. I can get things sent up to a shop(bike or sign, both work) in Bellingham, Wa. and make a run down to pick up. The DEKA needed no primer for lettering. My other choice is to roll coat of ticoat or similar and letter with o/shot. Thanks, Joh @ Big Top
