My client would like "fake manhole covers" with his logo, for the floor of his business (a gym).
He saw this concept at Niketown in Chicago.
They need to look realistic and need to be durable enough to be walked on.
He wants 3 or 4. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

You don't mention whether you want 3D or just painted flat that looks 3D.

We have made custom bronze manhole covers in the past. I made a pattern with wood and metal letters glued on. It had fancy lettering and a logo I made with a double layer of sandblast frisket. I took this to a foundry and they made a sand mold and cast it in bronze. We then sandblasted it. With the addtion of a dark patina and the top surface of the letters and graphic lightly sanded smooth and flat it looked pretty good. Folks have been walking on it for almost 15 years and it still looks good!

Good luck with your project.
