Best I can come up with, OnDineFiveOptRegular. I have it as a TTF. Not an exact match for the lowercase, but is close and could me modified with little effort. Cap isn’t close at all, for that I’d modify Rhapsodie.

calligrapher.....is as close to lower case as you can get the B looks real familier....think they did 2 font styls here one for cap and one for lower case.

Alan...I have that font on a cheapie Font CD and it is called Arabian normal. Upper and lower case letters are a perfect match.

Just found it on fontfile.com Right after stumbling on it at fontfile.com, I saw the new resposnes here. Thanks Dave and everyone! Check out fontfile, as it has some great fonts and dingbats.
