Finally...we closed on our construction loan for our new shop.
Next we sign on the contractor then the subs.
It's been a long haul, with some realtwists and turns... but we made it.
As soon as we progess a little more I will continue the running posts on the actual project from beginning to end including bid info and building costs...the gory details of dealing with the city and other interesting stuff...

It's a wonderful discipline to maintain a normal pace and continue concentration on regular work in the old facility whil your dream is becoming real as others pound nails. Keep your focus and dreams!
