can anyone direct me to some books or websites
dealing with woodcuts of fruits and vegetables. i'm going to screen print some
images onto the backs of the booths at a local italian eatery

Hi Jon. I did a websearch and came up with this site at: http://www.type-high.com/books.html

This site lists quite a few books dealing with wood type, and woodcuts. Unfortunately, some are now out-of-print, but may be available in libraries.
