Was just checkin out adobe's site and spotted the link to Illustrator 10.. WOW way cool! It FINALLY has the enveloping and warping tools that CorelDRAW and some sign making programs have.. plus a load of other cool features!

Looks like it might be fun.

BTW, have you heard about Macromedia vs. Adobe? Macromedia is claiming it owns the patent on Photoshop and GoLive.

What do you make of it?

Glenn, I think it's pretty funny actually, especially considering Macromedia has lifted alot of their own ideas right from Adobe's software. I don't hear Adobe complaining that macromedia stole their "History Palette".

Dont get me wrong, Im not against Macromedia at all.. but both those companies are guilty of lifting ideas from each other, and let's not even forget the ideas both of them have lifted from Corel! Yes, Corel lifts ideas from other programs too, as do all other programs.

I think it's mostly because of the way Adobe integrated Photoshop/ImaeReady into GoLive, much in the same way Macromedia integrated Fireworks and Dreamweaver.

Personally, I think Adobe should integrate Photoshop/ImageReady into Dreamweaver because that would be a more powerful combination than Photoshop/GoLive and Fireworks/Dreamweaver. =)
