First of all, I specialize in typos...Ja Ha,,
I'm probably not the first to find this, but I haven't seen it posted, so I will. Many years ago I used contact paper doubled up for small glass projects, and since have used several of the expensive SB resists in heavy plastic and rubber. I'm sure there is by now a lighter weight material for glass etching and higher detail but,,,,,you can use a cheap intermediate vinyl and double it up before you plotter cut it (one adhesed to the other). Set your blade to a deeper depth and cut. The detail is great, and it will hold up to lighter weight sandblasting well. I found this out doing a blast on Corion blanks. Works Great! Again, I'm sure there is a product out there, but you already have this in stock and at probably a lot less. Use your ugly colors and messed up vinyl. The guy that I cut these for (cabinet maker) weeds them after he puts them on the Corian, which will bring me to another post. Bronzeo
