hi Felix, I use Ace Hardware Brand Premium All Purpose construction adhesive, OR, Gougeon Bros West System epoxy. Then I screw it from the back with a bunch of wood screws. Fill the edges with epoxy or bondo auto body filler.
Good Luck!

PB240 is specifically formulated for HDU, and we use it to do just what you're doing on all of our large murals. Felix, are you talking about filling the plywood edges?

sure do Sir. Sealing the crack between the HDU & plywood as well as the edges of the plywood itself. I wanted to post the project but I havent figured out how to upload to my site yet. Could I email it to you so you can post it?
Thanks!

So, Felix.......you're under the impression that I know which side of a computer is up, eh? I don't know how to post either, but you can fill the edges of the plywood with paintable silicone and then cover the whole shebang with Pelucid. That encapsulates the entire HDU and plywood piece making it permanently waterproof. Email it to me anyway. I'd really like to see it.
