I hope this is Kosher - We have a customer that bilked us out of $350 bucks worth of goods. Found out the credit card used was stolen. Is there anyone in the Los Angeles area that would be willing to simply drive by an address and see if the name is still on the mailbox? If we can find out if the person is still at the address, we can then hire "Guido & the Boys". If anyone in L.A. is willing to take a drive to "look see", please e-mail me & I'll give you the particulars. There may be a box of chocolates in it for you! Doncha just hate these customers? I thought by the title you WANTED some "Bad Customers"...I'd say that's easy - hang out a shingle that says you paint signs. They'll come outta the woodwork for ya.

And when you find them, make sure you have a magnetic sign on your truck that says "Publisher's Clearing House". They'll be standing on their front porch waving.

Jackie! Please, please, if you find the thief - do the Publisher's Clearing House ploy. And make sure you photograph or video tape it. It would be so GREAT!!! The cops could be there behind the bushes to bust them and the look on their faces would be priceless.
On second thought, maybe a more generic sign like "Sweepstakes Prize Patrol" would do just as well and free you from any conflicts with the real Publisher's people for when you sell your video to the TV show COPS. Walk up to the door with one of those big cardboard checks for $1,000,000 - on the back it says "You're Busted". Man, oh man, it would be rich. I hope you do it.
