Anyone screenprint coroplast?
I need a quote on quantities of 100, 250 and 500
12"x18" yellow coroplast signs screened on both sides with black ink. The signs will have the same simple text on both sides. No bleed. The design will allow at least a 1" unprinted border on all 4 sides. Actually, I can set up the file so that it is printed 2-up on an 18"x24" and we can cut them to size after printed. The signs will be used with step-stakes, mounted horizontally. The artwork will be similar to the image found at this link:

I can send ruby or vector file of artwork. If possible, please quote with and without coroplast provided. I would prefer to use a shop on the east coast to save on shipping time, possibly picking up ourselves. Also, I need to know the turnaround time. We can pay via Visa, Amex, PayPal or company check.

If interested please send email to brian@njsign.com

I've already looked into Stouse and others but would prefer to have a letterhead do the job.

If no letterhead screenprinter contacts you then email or call me. I use a screen printer in lower Michigan with prices you can't hardly beat. ex. I recently sent out a job that was 18x24 cor-plast, one color double side. For 200x I paid 3.60 and had shipped back to my shop 14 days from when I ok'ed the order.

Why cut later and involve extra time and handling? Coroplast bought at that size and in those quantities will save you money.
Good luck dealing with these folks. Most are in the local entrepenuer groups and are meeting on the first Thursday of the month looking for the pot of gold, so get your money up front and make sure you don't discount on the promise of a lot of work.

Santo-
Cutting in half is the easiest part and allows the printer to use half the "pulls."
The customer on this job has been a customer for about 2 years and he has always conformed to my 50% down, 50% when completed policy.
