To anyone interested, there is a good article / interview in the newest International Tattoo Art (ITA) magazine that came out this month. It is an interview done with Roth in 96, and there is also a review of a book called 'I was a teenage moster t-shirt painter', about a guy who did alot of the shirt airbrushing for Roth from his designs.. Also shows a bunch of photos of different Rat fink tattoos...

Cool. Thanx for the info Tyler. I am a big fan of his work. Have you picked up the Juxtapoz tribute issue to Big Daddy?

I just happened to have a copy of "I Was a Teenage Monster Shirt Painter", by Von Franco! And what a treat it is - lot's of good photo's of the ol' days. Check out his site and you can purchase the book there. I just happen to run into someone while Steve & Barb where here in Feb. - a collector of Von Dutch's stuff that we "oooh'ed and awe'd" over and went back & purchased the book from him. He's friends with Von Franco & publisher. It never woulda happened without Steve & Barb's visit & "Great Volcano Blast". http://www.vonfranco.com Great Stuff! Bomba-Dear

Was going to post this on it's own topic but it seems to fit here.
I was just out at "Toys R Us" with the wife doing some birthday and christmas looking for the kids and came accross a Big Daddy Ed Roth toy. It is the "Rat Fink" about 8" tall on a skateboard. The skate board has some nice pin striping on it and it is a cool collectors piece.
I plan on going back and getting a couple just to display and put up.
Oh, and they were only $9.95 at our Toys R Us.
