How many fraternities are represented here?
I for one belong to the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1799...the purpose of the Moose is to support an orphanage about 40 miles west of Chicago called Mooseheart. The "orphan city" was established in 1916 to take care of any and all children and widows of our membership, should they find themselves in need. The children are taken care of their entire lives and they want for nothing,They are educated thru High School and even scholarships are made available for college to those that qualify.
There are over 1,500,000 members in 2000 lodges across this country and England.
We also take care of community volunteer projects.
I kept it simple here...but lets hear about your fraternity.
If you too are in the Moose... lets hear it.

A moose and an odd-fellow - I knew this was a strange group. I recently joined the Lilburn Business Association, but they don't even have a secret handshake.

Duckette, her Mother and Sister are ALL in the Moose. I am part of a dis-organized organization known as the Letterheads. Both groups have meeting places and fun things to do as they help thier fellow human beings.

Hi Monte, I belong to the worlds oldest fraternal order. Ancient Free and Accepted Masons. "Every human being has a claim upon our kind offices, do good unto all." We support a large number of charities but our basic wish is to take good men and make better men out of them.
