Well heres one that has never come up until just recently.
I just answered an e-mail to a loyal enduser, she was concerned regarding the ingrediants or effects of my product Rapid Remover on her health.

Well, heres why she all of a sudden became concerned; when she called her usual supplier to get another bottle of Rapid Remover, the supplier told her they are not going to sell it any more, because of its "hazordous rating".

The supplier forgot to mention(or just didn't know or understand)to her, that it is ONLY regulated as a "haz. material" in regard to "how it is shipped". And the fact that they did not want to pay for training and certification of the staff at their stores, so they are dropping ALL paint related products.
Maybe not the best idea for they're sales or customers ??

The haz. rating is because it is slightly "combustable"(the vapors can ignite over 110 degrees f.) many, many "paint related products have this or worse ratings" even "cleaning products from the grocery stores".
The (Rapid Remover)product is NOT rated as a "hazordous material" unless it is "shipped by sea or air".
The most important thing to remember about "paint related" products is "read the M.S.D.S. report to
be certain you know what you are working with !!

Our M.S.D.S. reports are "downloadable" from our
website www.rapidtac.com .
Read our M.S.D.S. and compare for your self, it is a VERY safe product to use, much safer then most of the chemicals (includeing alcohol, mineral spirits, enamel reducer, laquer thinner, catalysts,
etc.)!!!

Roger,

I have said it before, and I'll say it again now,
Rapid Remover is a great 101 use product.

I have been testing Rapid Remover on EVERYTHING to see what it will do and not do.

Yesterday I had to seal some cracks on my shingled roof around the vent pipes and I used that back gooey roof cement stuff. As carefull as I tried to be, I got it on my hands and pants.

After I got off the roof, I squirted Rapid Remover on my hands and my pants, and it cleaned them up instantly. Saved my new denim jeans, which means the cost of the bottle paid for itself right there, and I only used 1 little squirt.

You probably don't or can't advertise Rapid Remover for 101 uses around the shop or home, but I sure use it that way.

Has anybody tired Rapid Remover to clean out hardened paint in their brushes? That's one idea I haven't tried yet.

Here is a neat tip and trick: Squirt a little Rapid Remover on an old tooth brush to scrub the tractor feed prongs on your plotter. It gets that glue build up removed quickly. I also use it on my pinch wheels on the friction feed plotter to get the gunk build up off.
