If you are having probs accessing the BB or posting messages, the problem appears to be in the BB program. Last night we updated to the latest beta version hoping to fix some speed and security issues. The "fix" seems to be causing new problems.
Some have reported getting a message that their IP is banned. Needless to say, that message is not valid. I even got that message once today.
Please be patient. We hope to have these problems fixed asap. If you notice anything weird, please e-mail us at barb@letterhead.com

OK here's a weird one for you guys to ponder..
I'm plugged into an external DSL modem here which keeps the same IP as long it is kept powered on and connected to the DSL line.
My new laptop came in today (amazing, something that was shipped via UPS actuall arrived in one piece) and I took the network cable from my desktop and plugged it into the laptop.
Got online fine but couldnt access the BB.. plugged the cable back into the desktop and here I am.
I bet it has something to do with cookies cause obviously I was on the same IP either way, but it wouldnt let me log in using the laptop which obviously has no cookies installed on it yet.
