Greetings to all from a somewhat quiet visitor of about 2 weeks. Very educational and thought provoking place to drop in. Glad to have found my way.
I Thought I'd move this request into it's own topic for better visibility.
I don't know if there are any on-line sources for clip art specializing in large format files (somewhat high resolution or already of a larger image size, or both) but I couldn't find any so I thought I'd ask here. I have the gerber edge 2 and in honor of our national tragedy I want to print a flag for my truck. Vector clipart of flags, even in "waving" form are so inferior in appearance to a photo of a real flag I am hoping to find a better image to work from. Anyone who can offer any leads would be appreciated. If I could paint one like Rob L. I would do so, but starting to learn that skill on my work truck will not do. Thanks

I have this one I created for my truck and a banner. The flag portion is not very clear but it works well as a background image. If you want it its yours, just let me know...

Thanks Brian, Please do send it my way. If it's over a meg or 2 a .zip file would be fine. I still hope to find a flag similar to this as well.
Well I guess my fellow Hawaii residents, and any Alaskan passers-by might like 50 stars on it!

I had three calls for flags so far this morning, and two orders for magnetics with a flag. With my new Edge I can fill them nicely, so I also am hunting good images. Please Thanks

I have just recreated a nice flag much like the waving one above, that is a nice cmyk print job with a vector cut line. I am offering it to those whom need it.
I can't post a pic because I don't have ftp on this machine.
It was created in Corel and modified in Omega.
e-mail me if you need it.

Ok, sorry for the delay everyone but if you go here http://www.thesignzone.com/flag.html you can download that image in a zip file. Its a photoshop 5.5 image with layers intact so you can remove or edit the text... enjoy.
