My wife witnessed the jet drilling itself into our nations defense command center and the inferno and chaos that followed.

I wish those who want to extend an olive branch to these attackers would have to visit these children and spouses and explain to them why thier parents and loved ones had to die.

I cannot begin to tell you what we have witnessed firsthand. But please don't tell others what they should do until you have seen it for yourself and have walked where we walked today.

Mike, Support your wife. It may not be today or tomorrow, but eventually what she saw will hit her. I have a lot of friends who are EMT, EMS, fire department here. After terrible accidents, they get together to talk and get it out before what they've witnessed drives them insane. And these people are trained to handle these situations. I hope she gets through it ok.

Mike,
As one of those EMS people, all I can say is to make sure your wife gets a chance to "talk out" her feelings. Chris is right. Nobody is trained for what happened today.
