The World Trade Center and the Pentagon were both attacked by terrorists. One of the hijacked planes that was flown into the WTC was a Boeing 767.

Get a grip? Try this on for size. My mother just called. She and her husband are the semi-retired owners of Riggers & Erectors. ALL of their employees in Afghanistan have been directed to evacuate immediately. Ben Laden is reported to be there and they fully expect retalliation.

It just goes to show that you never know when its your time. My Mom and some friends of hers were at the WTC one year ago today. Just thinking about it has her shook up.
I think we're gonna be seeing a lot of changes over then next year. Things aren't going to be the same for a long time to come.
I just want to offer my prayers for the victims, their families; and for the emergency crews who have to deal with this act of cowards.

We're watching events develop like the rest of you. We had hoped to head for Pat's meet this morning, but the border at Detroit and Buffalo have been closed. Even Canadian airports have suspended all flights. All we can do is wait and see what happens later today.

This is so devastating. Although many have known this time was to come, such as myself, it is so horrific.
I am shocked to hear of Canada closing thier airports too but it only seems right. I guess I was more shocked to find out that Canada was accepting International flights heading to the US.
This is a reall wakeup call for All countries. This is a WORLD problem, and it finally has hit home.
I am so shocked at the disasster.
And I do reinforce the attitude to finally remove these terrorists forever. If I was younger I'd be enlisting. For sure.
