As you probally know, we had to shut down the BB last night. It has been doing some strange things all weekend, but late last night it started hanging and causing problems with the server. As a result, we were forced to shut it down.
At this point, I'm still not sure we have the problem fixed. It seems to be working, but if the weirdness starts, we'll have to shut it down again.
We apoligize for this mess. It's a very frustrating situation because we just don't have the technical expertise to troubleshoot and fix the problem. These things always seem to happen late at night when there is nobody around to call for help.
For sometime we have been planning to update the bb program to the latest version. We've always done this in the past, but this new version is a completely redesigned upgrade. In the longrun, it offers far less server load and some nifty new features.
We had hoped to avoid this until after Duck Soup. As you know from personal experience upgrading your own software, there are always settings that need to be changed and a period of adjusting to the changes. If we go ahead and upgrade this afternoon, all the modifications we did to our BB will have to be redone from scratch. It's going to take several hours just to get your Resident photos back on.
If we update, there is something you need to know. This version has a log-in feature. The first time you use it, you must log-in with your Username and Password. Hopefully we will have some sort of message in place to avoid confusion.
Thanks for your patience. We're doing everything we can to keep things running at this end.

Steve, I like the look. And it is much easier to use! Thanks for working so hard to get this running again. You were so quick I almost do not realize the BB was having problems. Thanks, Debbie

Personally, I like the pictures of the Residents !!! But, seems like I (and others) are still listed as "visitors". Can this be fixed ??? I know, I know..... I like seeing myself !!!!

Seems like the pictures with numbers under them look like booking photos. Do we need to send in profile shots? Just kidding, I like having all the additional info.
