what's the difference between 1-Shot "220-F FLUORESCENT UV TOPCOAT CLEAR" (bright orange can) and 1-Shot "SPEED DRY UV ACRYLIC CLEAR 4005" (white can)?? and what's the best method of applying this stuff to minimalize dripping, bubbling, and other surface-related annoyances? -john hayes
