Just a few minutes ago I was upstairs looking for a piece of black 1/8" plex to use as an inlay for a routing project. After years and years of accumulation, I have 100's of pieces of plex, aluminum, m.d.o., h.d.u., Sintra...the list goes on. I am sure a lot of us have the same situation. After all, we bought it...we'll keep the drops. I would like to suggest that we begin posting our quantities (several pieces of the same size) of excess inventory in the classified section of the bulletin board. Why keep buying all these full sheets when a fellow Letterhead may have the dozen pieces of 8"x24" plex that you need? Surely we could get this going and keep a few extra dollars in our pockets, and the landfills free of all the useable scraps that we are collecting. Excess vinyl inventory could be offered as well. We have the classified section, so let's use it! Whatta You say? The money you save on materials could pay for an extra vacation this year! Just a thought.

Nice idea.....but shipping might not be so great. My scrap pieces of MDO...intecel..metal...plex etc. are great money makers!! I have lots of different sizes of painted ~ready to letter~ pieces. When I am painting MDO.....I paint the scraps too just to have different sizes ready.
