Right now over on the messageboard at www.pinstriper.com somebody's asking questions about Pelucid...Santo pointed em in your direction but maybe you should pop over there and tell em more about it before someone starts trying to use it as intercoat clear or automotive clear being as thats what they're used to and really tosses a monkey into the wrench with the stuff...just a heads up

Your post just reminded me.....this winter we're having Lyn's Camry sanded, shot with polyurethane black and then completely shot with Pelucid. We live on a county road and I'm tired of the sand and rock chips. We've had horse trailer folks shoot the front end of their trailers with it, and that's the end of repainting every year for them.

Gavin, That was the Thin Man asking about Pelucid. Pretty fair hand at this stuff, he is. You're right though, some of the other readers may not be reading all the labels.
Hey Pierre, Do you think, if I shot the windsheild of of my truck with Pelucid, I could keep from seeing stars in my windsheild, or put those side-of-road windsheild repair guys out of business?

Ha! Believe it or not, we've already tried shooting it on glass. It distorts enough that you can't see the flashing blue/red/white lights coming at you. heh
He called me on the toll free, and he's placing an order tomorrow. I did explain that he'd better not plan on removing his striping any time soon.
