Hi all. I didn't reply to the other post on pricing cause I figured no one would reply since its so far down!

It seems like a lot of us have the signwriters pricing guide, but does anyone have the one from signprice.com? I remember Mark Roberts was selling it at the Waukesha meet. Is it any good?

Felix,

I bought one at the Big show a couple of years ago 99 and it covers a few things that my 2000 computer graphics pricing guide doesn't cover. He also shows a few examples of what he'd charge for a boat, truck, banner, etc. These are just cartoon type pictures but for a newbie like myself it helps out immensely. I think his prices are more in line with the industry than signwriters guide. I gotten laughed out of jobs by trying to use that book Grrrr...

What has helped me out is when people post what they are pricing jobs out for. I get at least a clue and try to do something similar. I don't want to starve and don't want to be laughed out of places either.

My 2 cents.

Hey I thought I'd let you guys know I got the Signprice guide & Brian was right, it does cover quite a few more things than the other one & the prices are a lot more realistic, if you asked me. Plus it has more options as far as custom signs.

My 2 cents.
