I cant imagine electrocut not conforming over rivets, it's too soft and maleable not to.

Is it coming up after installation? Are you using heat to loosen the vinyl's memory?

I haven't worked with it yet. Are you using heat gun and rivet brush?

Other than that, how ya been? Haven't seen ya around in a while.

Hiya Christian,
I can think of only 2 reasons why the vinyl is not sticking. The likely problem is that you did not clean the rivets well enough or you have a defective roll of vinyl.
My gut feeling is the cleaning. I would normally clean the rivets with DuPont's Cronar (sp?) and then wipe down the entire area with Rapid tac. I would assume that Rapid prep could replace the cronar. Roger would know better.
If the truck is a little older & very dirty or greasy the whole area would be cleaned with both.
Havin' fun,
Checkers
