I must make a comment on the recent and unfortunate things that happened to Joey Madden. I sit hear with nothing but wonderful feelings for the people of Letterville. What happened over the past few days with everyone banding together to help Joey is just incredible. As one we are sometimes helpless but as a group we can move mountains. It is wonderful to see that in a time of need and despair someone can count on this extended family we all call letterville. Both the Bob Harper and Joey Madden story have proven this to me. I would also like to add that when someone decides to take someone's misfortune and use it as their bully pulpit to rant about what woulda, shoulda or coulda been done, we should not dignify them with a response. Let them twist in the wind with their ignorant and selfish words. Fabulous job Heads. Way to rally around a cause. Good Luck Joey!

Rob, Very well said! I can attest to the generosity of Lettervile first hand. Two years ago (almost to the day) my 22 yr old son was killed in an auto accident. A series of events eatlier in that summer led him to cancel some insurance, and the driver of the car had the bare minimum of insurance coverage. My son Chris had a 16 month old baby with his girlfriend, and she was left with not much in the way of support. Through this bullboard and a couple of other appeals, we were able to put into trust over $16,000 just for our granddaughters education. The generosity I found here ( the request for help was my first post, I was a 'reader' til then) overwhelms me to this day! God bless all of Letterville. It is not a virtual community, it's a REAL community.

Coulda shoulda woulda talk lives inside those that are never fullfilled in some way. Always searching for a reason, excuse, etc. It's much more productive to focus on the future, rather than attempt to relive the past.
