it is all packed up and ready for shipping in the morning. darn thing just wouldn't dry. kept a light tack on it for a lonnnng time. goes to diane and ernie next.

I think that the banner has a problem with it's enamel recptive coating. When it was here amny moons ago there were a couple of items that were still tacky after sitting at UPS for three weeks! I was going to do a paint/vinyl combo but felt I needed to drop the paint to keep it moving.

As far as pics go, the last good set was put up on July 18, by Dave Draper. As far as whereabouts,she is somewhere between Bruce & Dana Bowers'place and Diane & Ernie Balch's. (Both in New York). From there she is supposed to head to New Jersey.
I guess we are having trouble with the enamel receptive coating. Anyone have any ideas? Can we topcoat what has already been done with something?
