Scott,
How many panels? Double or single faced? How large was each? How much copy on each? Any logos? Outlines? Border stripes?

Please give more details.

Double the material cost - $955.00
$60.00 per hour - $600.00
Total - $1555.00

Pretty darn close!

Oh, I forgot - I always add $1.00 per yard of vinyl used for application tape, so that brings me to $1605.00 - even closer!

I had a theroy once... I tried it a few times and has come pretty close.
simple equation: materials x phi = price.
Lets try it,
materials: 477.50 + 15 for transfer tape (you forgot) = 492.5

492.5 x 3.14 (phi) = 1546.45
see pretty close. But doesn't always work!

All one color vinyl, no outlines, shadows, etc. Used the speed press mostly, not much tape. Various sizes,12"x8'18"x10'etc. all single sided. Thanks for the input.
