Scott, How many panels? Double or single faced? How large was each? How much copy on each? Any logos? Outlines? Border stripes?
Please give more details.

I had a theroy once... I tried it a few times and has come pretty close. simple equation: materials x phi = price. Lets try it, materials: 477.50 + 15 for transfer tape (you forgot) = 492.5
492.5 x 3.14 (phi) = 1546.45 see pretty close. But doesn't always work!
