Anyone tried it? I've got one teeny little blend from background colour (dark navy blue mixed) through to white on a shop awning and thought this might be the easiest way. Any experiences? Thanks, David

i use tautair (same stuff) on vinyl works like a dream bro and sticks liked s*it to the proverbial i used to use the alchol rub down but ifn u dont get absobloodylutly all of it buffed off it shows streeky when the airpaint hits it now i just use these new u-beaut blue tack rags to prep the surface cut it, paint it, frog juice it then weed away if its going on a sign i dont need the froggie cause we 2pak em anyway all in all i love viponds if u mix the createx chamelons <-wish i could spell... with the taut-air u can get sum really nice pearls happening, ohh and if you havent got the taut-air just add viponds adjusting clear to the tautflex, i get a bit heavy handed with the clear cause i like to work with transparent colours.
have fun

Hi David The tautflex adheres well to vinyl banners. Have used it successfully on cast vinyl, though a couple of coats are required. On Holographic vinyl it practically fell off (as did one shot, pre-primed) and real estate vinyl was also poor Kerry Wright Gladstone Australia
