bugging you again. Using the same "Ocean Club" logo from my last post, how do you charge for a 16"x16"x1" sandblasted sign with gold leaf on it? (This'll be my practice job for both Gold Leaf AND HDU.) Thanks always!

Felix, I wouldn't make a sandblasted sign only 1" thick since I blast almost a half inch deep. One inch thick doesn't leave much for the background. Using one and a half inch stock I charge $55 a square foot for very large signs, $65 a square foot for most and $75 a square foot for small signs. My production methods are so fast that there is always a good profit margine for me. Of course I add more for gold leaf and add on carvings.
