Need to make HDU sign double sided 10"-12" x 7' Should i just gorilla glue a bunch of 2" to make the desired thickness?. or start with 1" sign panels and build a frame to the thickness. plus would like to copper flash it but i know that can tricky and hints?

Need to know the real dimension. Is that 7' long by some dimension tall by 10 to 12 inches thick or 10" thick by 12" high by 7' long. More info would help.
