The "1st Banner Across America" is hanging on my magnetic easel in Bloomington Illinois. The paint is still tacky on Jackson Smart's gold signiture so I'm going to put a UV light on it today to see if that will help.
Glad she's safe and in good hands. I really appreciate you taking the time and effort to put her in a better shipping container.
Wow! some great pics there Dave! Thanks!

Hey Dave, thanks for the compliment, also glad to hear the baby doll is doing great! Oh yeah, Never saw any B-cards or pens. Then again I really didn't open it all the way, there was a gift for me from the Silvery Moon child, and lot of foam peanuts, I pulled her out of the box thats all I saw. I stuffed her back in and she was gone. Maybe I'll see her again Alabama...

WELL.....There is your "angle" you are looking for Dave to write about(and come to) 1st Banner Across America makes stop at one of the Annual Dixie Letterhead Meets in McCalla AL know as the Duck Soup Splatter Jam where even MORE signatures will be added. (here is where)Pictures of ACTUAL work being done by the artist themselves. Shoot you could even take Matt Brodus'idea that we produce someone elses company logo on the banner!

I have you and Don both on the list. I think you are right before him, so if you could take it by that would work out Great!
NOTE:The way I have the list set up, the folks in the South/Southeast are the last ones to get it. Why would I do such a terrible thing? I'm hoping that most of those folks will be at "Duck Soup" anyway!
Be patient, she's starting to move around pretty good again!
Dave did you get my e-mail?

Geez Dave your artwork is dynamite but your striping lacks originality, stay with what you do best!
Maybe y'all can find some time to add what you would like to my travelling plain white Cortez in the future.
All in all I wish I would have added something as I thought the banner was going to be vinylized and couldn't find it in my heart to give anyone my address.

I was gonna put some straight lines around the banner but then thought, hey, anybody can do that! So, I opted for my wing stripe, been doing it 20 years....now i find out everybody else has been doing the same stripe even longer.....oh man I feel like pure doo doo now.
hahahahahaahaha oh well!

Good News Joey and or Dave.George Perkins will be here at the Duck Soup and may be able to "enhance"stripping already done.Maybe we will even have a little stripping Jam on it like we did at Mark Fairs back window.Who knows? If I paint the word(vinyl)on the Baby Doll would that make it a combination of paint&vinyl??????
