Just checked on the banner.. it seems that Puralator sent it ground insted of "Air". It did arrive at Elaines place on July 10, but of course Elaine was on Holidays and there was no one there to recieve it. Sorry Elaine, but Phone the local Puraltor office and you can arrange to have it delivered. Neil
