I think they still give 25 or 50 mbs for free. You can use it for a website, storage, whatever. You will need an FTP client to upload though. You can get a free one at Tucows. I use WS_FTP.

Greetings...I have been using Photopoint up till yesterday....looks like they want money before allowing you to directly link to the photo...therefore (while I build our page)...I am playing with sitegem...small but adequate for now.
