I can not get the Bergell font to import from the CorelDraw disk and then get it into Graphic Advantage. Every time I try to import into CorelDraw it tells me I cannot open the file to try and import. I am going through the import procedure and it still tells not to open but to import. Help!!!!
You need to install the font into your computer system first. You should have Bitstream Font Navigator installed when you installed Corel. Have it to search your CD. Then just select the font you want, install the font, then go to Gerber TTF Converter program. It will convert the font into Gerber's format and install it into GA/Omega for you.

I don't know anything about Graphics Advantage, but if you are just trying to open the font in Corel, just go to your Windows desktop / My Computer / Desktop / Fonts / Load Font. Make sure the proper Corel CD is in the CD drive, and follow the prompts.

There are a few tricks when dealing with the TTF (TrueType Converter) program that you might want to consider. If you just CONVERT the font, your spacing (kerning) won't work in GA. You should DISJOIN first, then run those files through Font Designer and you will have a perfect working GA font. If you have any questions you can contact me...and I'll run you through it.
