Guy that owns a hot mustang pulls into the shop yesterday and wants us to paint graphics on his vehicle. We have painted many things but not someones baby. We are excited because this is the kind of work we want.
We are a little confused about the mixture of one shot to reducer. It is very hot and humid up here right now. Any advice would be appreciated

Depending on what kind of graphics you are talking about you may want to use House of color urethanes. They will hold up better and dry very quick.

I'm a little confused also as to the exact question. What exactly are you going to do? Are you going to spray, airbrush, roll or brush on the graphics?

Since most of my custom stuff includes graphics I use both HoK for their quick drying properties along with 1-Shot cause its cheaper. I palette instead of mixing the reducer and paint together and this way I know exactly what the paint will do and how it reacts to the weather. I use Chromaflo as my reducer but will work the same as others.

Kevin
Call me up and hire me for a day or two and maybe I can help you out.

What type of graphics are you talking about?

If not then "Lots of Luck!"

Sorry for not being too clear. The graphic is on a black mustang and is already embossed. Looks pretty simple. Raven set me straight and instead of driving you guys nuts I should have just called him.
