I need to find a source for some plastic holders with a clear face that can be attached to wooden posts in front of camp sites. They slide in a paper insert that they write the check out date on with magic marker. The paper insert is in there for a week or two on average. The top has to be sealed against rain, but their current home made holders leave the side open to be able to change the paper insert easily. Thanks.

I was gonna suggest Staples, Office Depot, OfficeMAX..

You can also make em pretty quick yourself, just use heat to bend up some plexi..

Consolidated plastics also has large heavy duty clear plastic envelopes with Zip-Loc tops, designed for labeling shipping containers.. These would work as well.

Or how about some cheap plastic they could write on with permanent marker, hang on the post at the site, then throw away when done or wait for the ink to fade off and re-use it?

I think the local State Park has a clear box with a hinged top secured to each site's post. Just lift the top and drop the card in, drop the top.
