Just got another fresh gallon of Rapid Prep, Rapid Tac, and a quart of Rapid Remover. I've heard you talk about some of the many uses of the products outside of signmaking. How about a list of other uses?
Another thing. What about making the sample size bottles available for purchase in lots of say 12 or 24? They are the ideal size to send out with a customer when they insist on doing their own installs. More sales for you and a small add on sale for us.
Now, whats the skinny on Knock Out. I see you didn't renew your PBA sponsorship so I gather the pro's didn't embrace it. I'm hoping you didn't drop it from the line. It was a very effective bowling ball cleaner.

i agree that knockout is great. i bought a whole case. i gave onr to my pro shop guy. he has like 15 different ball cleaners available. i have tried a couple of them but they don't clean as deep as knockout.
the little bottles are a good idea, too. why not market an "installation kit" for do-it-yourselfers? a short roll of tape, a little bottle, and a sqeegee.... hmmmmmm.....
dave... was that rock pearl by columbia? i am getting a new ball this off season. i have had my blue rhino reactive resin since 1992 and my black gyro urethane since 1988. i think i got my monies worth out of them. what colors are for what conditions? i am looking for light to medium oil. they dress them to play for an outside (5-10 board).
maybe i should have labled this O.T..... lol!
i will call you, dave...
have a great one!

The list of "other uses" printed on a public forum could be devistateing to our buiss., so I better not do that !! The 4oz. bottles are avail. packed 50 to a case, if you can't find a supplier to get them for you, we will(only at that point).
The Knockout is still on the list, but not doing well against the "big guys" (ball manuf.) they have a lot more clout because of they're lines of balls. But we have not yet givin in !! We know from extencive testing with the "other products in the marketplace" that our formula truly works best and has the ABA/WIBC approval. We will keep trying !!
Thanks again guys !!

I must have been thinking of the "Kock out" product when I cleaned the roller ball on my track roller for my puter! The Prep worked pretty well though. That would be one to put on your OTHER USES list. hope this helps

I find it hard to believe that Roger says the other guys are making it tough on his sales because they have more balls than him. heh heh
Love the Rapid-Prep, but don't use it on leather upholstery. Cleans too well, coloring included. I wanted to try it to remove a small stain, so I tested in a hidden area first. Still looking for something to remove the stain.
